Payment prices
All product prices on the site are expressed in Serbian dinars for customers from Serbia, or in EUR / USD for customers from abroad. The stated prices do not include the costs of delivery of goods to the address of the Buyer. Prices for products are subject to change until the moment of receiving the order confirmation.
Method of payment
You can pay for the ordered products from the assortment of our store by cash on delivery. You pay for your order in cash upon delivery directly to the courier.
Ordering and concluding contracts

Ordering goods in this way is only possible for adults.
Goods can be ordered by natural and legal persons with a place of delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Manner, conditions and delivery deadlines
The seller is obliged to ensure the delivery of the purchased goods. In order to make the delivery, the Buyer is previously obliged to choose one of the methods of payment and if he pays through the account, he pays the entire value of the purchased goods.
The Seller reserves the right to call the Buyer to verify the data from the purchase order. In case of doubt in the accuracy of the specified data or in case the data cannot be verified, HECCA Woodwork reserves the right to cancel the purchase order, of which the Buyer will be notified via e-mail specified during registration.
HECCA Woodwork is obliged to deliver the purchased goods no later than 5 working days from the moment of payment for Serbian customers or 60 days from the moment of payment for other customers , ie from the confirmation of the order in case of payment by cash on delivery, by the Buyer. In the event that the delivery of goods is not possible, through the fault of the Buyer, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer real costs during the repeated delivery of goods. As proof that the delivery was attempted, the Courier Service will submit a certificate that must contain the exact time and name and surname of the person who tried to deliver the goods. It is considered that the delivery was not realized through the fault of the Buyer if it was tried at least twice by the Courier Service.
When delivering the goods, the Courier Service is obliged to provide the Buyer with a fiscal invoice and accompanying documentation on which the Buyer will confirm that the goods have been delivered to him.
When taking over the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the contents of the package, because subsequent complaints regarding the quantity and damage of the package will not be considered.
Conformity of goods and complaints
If it is determined that the delivered goods are damaged, incomplete or not in functional condition, ie. that it is not in accordance with the contract The buyer has the right to complain about the same. Complaints can be reported on the website by email:
The conformity of the goods to the contract is EXCLUSIVELY determined according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the documentation accompanying each item.
The right to withdraw from the contract
Rights and obligations of the buyer and seller
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises within 14 days, without giving reasons and additional costs, except for the cost of returning the goods to the Seller.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller or a person authorized by the Seller, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form.

The seller is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product.
